A Shattering Breakthrough

Last week the green reading group read a book called A Shattering Breakthrough. We were learning to answer inference questions. We had to answer questions about the book it was really fun. Here is my slide show A Shattering Breakthrough.
 

Common Nouns and Proper Nouns

 Last week in Te Ngahere we were learning to use proper nouns and common nouns. We had to make a google drawing that had a person, place or a thing. We had to write common nouns and a proper nouns from those three things.

Term 3 Learning Goals

Last week in Te Ngahere we made a google drawing for our reading goals. We were learning to identify our next reading goals. First we had to get three goals from the reading goal sheet that were highlighted. Then we had to put our goals onto a google drawing then we were finished.

Bird Feeder

This Week for Oral Language , we had to present our Bird feeder. I learnt that birds see red and yellow and what they eat.

Cool Story

Today we are Learning about native birds. We made a procedure about how to look after a native bird. It was fun.

My Cool Kumara Treats

This is my Kumara Treats. We were learning about how to make Kumara chips and learning about them.
I would make Kumara chips  at home but I am way to busy. They were so yummy that I was asking everybody if they liked them if they didn't I could have them.

Cool as Springs.

This is my cool as springs that I did for Oral Language. We even  learnt about the science of springs.
